I've been a part of Philadelphia real estate for 26 years. In that time, I've helped many families buy and sell homes across the city and into New Jersey. I've seen neighborhoods transform, watched new communities take shape, and learned which blocks are about to become the next big thing and which ones have been quietly great all along.

Over the years, people kept asking me the same questions: Which neighborhood is right for me? Is Fishtown worth the hype? What's really happening in the market right now? Where should I be looking if I want good schools and a reasonable commute?

I realized the best answers didn't come from market reports or Zillow estimates. They came from actually living here, walking these streets, eating at these restaurants, and knowing the people who make each neighborhood what it is.

That's why I created Living in Philadelphia. Not as a real estate marketing site, but as a genuine community resource. A place where someone relocating to Philly could read about a neighborhood and actually understand what it feels like to live there. Where locals could discover a restaurant they hadn't tried or learn something new about a neighborhood they thought they knew.
